Oh no! I commend you for not complaining to the staff, as you're correct they can't control admin errors but I'm not sure I would have had your restraint.
I'm not familiar with your system as I'm in the US, but I would think someone who had to arrive by ambulance would get priority. When are they saying they will be able to see him?
