Well Jim, the signals on your nails do not look good.
And also the sore fingers and feet point towards PsA. Still you can increase the Fumaderm and see what happens, certainly as your readings are still fine, you can increase easily.
Of course I hope for you it is not the expression of PsA but it is very well know that a percentage of psoriasis sufferers will get it.
