99% of charities with these fat cats award themselves disgusting amounts of donated money & claim expenses too.
I think the first i heard of this was when i was in northern ireland around 1990-91 time & some of the newspapers were saying there was some sort of meeting in London & nearly all the big wigs of these charities stayed in big posh expensive hotels.
From memory, the one charity boss whom didn't stay in a posh hotel, stayed in a cheap B & B (if you can call it cheap in london) was the Guide dogs for the Blind.
Guide dogs are the only ones i do donate too because of that & I can't think of anything worse than losing your sight.
The nspcc are funny, for every £1, only 10p goes to the children, the rest for 'administration'........yeah, right.
rant over
Usually I would say
GB but as I know that you know what I know. A lot of people donate their hard earned cash to a charity or good cause in the good faith that those worthy will get the help, but in reality the ones that need the money hardly see any of it. I have no problem with people who donate, but they really should look at the company finances before making their decision.
Fred thinks he better shut up now before he offends.
