You found a cure for psoriasis

Following the "you get what you pay for" mind set, I think people are leery of FREE treatments. Plus, if the "cure" was a mixture of things and it did take off you'd have all sorts of problems with registrations and FDA regs. Basically I think you'd stand a chance of getting taken over quickly.

I think I'd want my own company. I'd say no to the 100 million buy out (and there would have to be clauses in the paperwork to prevent friend (or self) from being able to sell out control of the company so that wouldn't be a worry)

But... I really wouldn't want to deal with any of the above so I think I'd give the info to Caroline since she wouldn't be in it for the money and let her figure it all out.
