Welcome to the forum! The best complimentry medicine is sunshine!
There are lots of tips in the forum from diet to different lotions and potions if you want to go down the medication free route. I would suggest a trip to the doctor but that's up to you.
Have a good rummage around and if you are not baffled by the information overload you may find something that works for you.
I haven't tried olive oil but coconut oil is good!
