Hi Danielle and Welcome

to the forum I'm sorry I have no knowledge of hemp oil what little I've read is inconclusive and I wouldn't spend a lot of money on it
We have a thread on here you can read Hemp Hand Oil - anyone tried it?

And one on hemp hearts not exactly what you want but may be of interest Hemp Hearts

I would look at other natural treatments while you are here there are many threads in the natural treatment board .
