i think its like everything else if there is a natural cure they wouldnt want us to know about it so its up to the sufferers to experiment and hopefully find one,a prime example is cancer rick simpson discovered that cannabis oil can cure certain cancers so you would think it would be made available 
the only problem is the pharmacuticals would lose billions if you could grow your own cure,its proberly the same with psoriasis no more creams billions lost.
