I just had a quick look and we have several members who are listed here as taking methotrexate, but the general rule I believe is that as methotrexate is a cheap but effective drug, and it is usually that one they start with, and when you fail on that you move to the next line of treatment such as Acetretin or cyclosporine or here in the UK and Europe fumaderm or psorinovo ( which aren't available in the U.S. Which is where I assume NH is... ) And the treatments after those then escalate in cost to the biological drugs
You may be at the stage where it's time to move on to the next step, it's just my thoughts and I may be wrong, and it's just a temporary blip and may well sort itself out in time.
