Only a small dose I think, 5mg (its 2 tablets) week and from memory it's the same of folic acid.
Struggling to get blood tests sorted which I think is adding to my stress levels. Hospital say ,y GP can do it they say the hospital should fund it - the joys of NHS!
Yup I'm a Big Bang fan - cant think what gave it away(!) if I had my own way I'd have more and defiantly have a Raj! But our house is only so big and were about to move - pretty sure that wont be helping stress either! Lol
