Indeed, they go for the cheaper alternatives first. That is a correct conclusion.
The question is if that is a smart approach.
Research in the Reumatology direction has proved that an immediate approach with the better alternatives, like biologicals, and a fast build-up, have a better lasting effect towards the future for people with reuma.
Might be the same for psoriasis.
