Getting better thru my Diet.

Great news that the diet is working, and you have found enough variety to stop it from being boring, it's such a shame that the things we tend to like are the things we should cut out.
So you found out the hard way that slipping from the diet, had dire consequences. At least you are unlikely to do it again.
It's going to take willpower to cook steak and burgers for others and just have chicken and salad yourself
I'm afraid my will power is not that good
