I am not a new patient for them so it should count in my favour that I need better treatment.
Bit of a setback though. Just got informed by my client that he can not release me for my appointment next week. So had to cancel my dermatologist. Tried to reschedule and got pencilled in for end of June...Because I am self employed and just started this contract with the client, it will cost me dearly if I do not comply with the client's wishes. For now, I'll have to wait till end of June before I can look forward to some new treatment.
Yep very difficult Henry, I have been self employed and fully understand your predicament. If it's any help I think you have done the right thing and putting your client first, He/She is your income whereas psoriasis is attached to you forever.
So a few more weeks won't make a lot of difference, actually it could work to your advantage and give you more time to research here and arm yourself with information that could help with your next appointment.
I have a huge respect for the self employed, some say they have an easy life and make loads of money. But if the truth be told they work a huge amount of hours for a pittance sometimes, yes there are good times but you never know what is coming in next week.
So relax and keep your client happy, psoriasis will still be waiting for you. It's there for the rest of your life, your client may not be.
