Yes you can't put a price on your wellbeing, and as long as it doesn't hurt you budget to much it's got to be worth it.

I've had a quick look and I think it may take me some time find some of the music I can get into, and I can't see myself sitting cross legged not only as I will get bored but my legs don't bend so well these days. Having said that, I'm going to give it another look.

It makes a lot of sense and I fully agree, I recently put my self in one of my stubborn no turning back moods and it has helped me get out of a rut. As for sounding to Hippy you're talking to an Old Hippy.
