The protocol for psorinovo, my kind of DMF, says:
When you suffer from diarrhea, hold the medication for a few days until the diarrhea has gone/diminished, then continue with the dose with which you had no diarrhea. After that increase the dose very carefully (read slowly), with larger intervals in increasing (of course the whole build up than will go slower, but better that and a later chance on succes, than no success at all).
When clear results start to become visible don't increase the dose. Only continue increasing again if the improvement of the skin does not continue.
So basically Debbie, slow down. Take more time.
