Hi John welcome to the site , most inmates on here are a bit barmy but we all know what you are going through as we have the same sort of problems .
My P ,I think, was started by a combination of things such as stress, a sore throat like Jim and I have noticed that if I damage the skin then the site can start the P off. At the moment I am really good as I am taking Stelara but it has taken me years to get to this point.
One thing I will say , get your GP to refer you to a dermatologist , GPs are OK but they know a lot about a little and want you want is a specialist who know a lot about your P.
