Oooooh getting married in August!!! great preview.
You certainly have the possibility that you are clear by then if Fumaderm, I prefer to say DMF, is working for you.
Very nice that you started your own thread.
Tips are always there. The most well known is having the medication with a meal, and specifically yoghurt should be able to help to pass it through your stomach.
No red wine, no peanuts, nuts are ok but then walnuts for instance, so non roasted nuts.
(I don't keep myself to that, but it is said that it helps)
Take care for lots of Vit D, always helps with psoriasis.
Sunshine is excellent and also de-stressing.
