Thanks Fred,thought id check this group out as I'm in the middle of a really bad outbreak and feeling kind of fed up with it all,figured it would do me some good to talk to other people that are going through the same thing ? .

Yes this disease can really get on my nerves too. Especially when it's starts on my hands and feet.

I have had this disease since childhood and have learned many ways to control it or put it in remission.
