thankyou so much krissie and everyone for your support. Had a rough night last night really felt like ripping my skin off :( its great that i can come on here and let off some steam and not be judged. ive had a rough time lately as had to leave my home town and move 80 miles away from my family and friends so i have no support at all around me. I think this is why i am really struggling this time. I appreciate all the advice and have been trying to take it all on board. Just cant wait till they can find a cure for psoriasis but i doubt we'll see it in our lifetime
