Reading the NHS document regarding Fumaderm, it suggests that Fumaderm be used when other systemic drugs have been tried and deemed not useful. So it seems like I might have to try Acetretin first? or is this not the case?

This man lives in the past. This idea is soo old.
Dmf should be one of the first ones to try because it is by far more harmless than any other.
The new 2014 guidelines, at least in the Netherlands, show this better insight.
