Probably the worst I have been for a few years with psoriatic arthritis, the psoriasis is fine and still almost completely clear but my right side from the neck down to my fingers is locked up and as painful as hell. It's funny Fred but I have also had an increase in my PsA in the last few days mind you it's got very cold here and as I live 200 yards from the sea the humidity has increased , the cold gets into your bones.
There was a full moon yesterday
That's interesting Dave/David (not sure which you prefer) Caroline too has said she has felt a bit more psoriatic arthritis the other day.
The cold and damp always makes it worse for me, but I'm convinced the moon does too. The "specialists" tell me alcohol, weight, tobacco, foods, stress, etc can make psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis worse, maybe someone out there should also look into how many get worse around the full moon.
