Yes Scotland is a beautiful country when the sun shines lol. We all seem to take our countryside for granted but people who come on holiday all comment on how lucky we are to have such a beautiful country.
I hope to hear from you again. Good luck with your treatment ☺
Thank you Audrey, good luck to you as well! There are quite a few regulars, semi regulars, etc here and it's just a really nice place to be around people who understand the day to day dealing of psoriasis. I agree with your earlier post that it would be great if there was just one medicine that would cure it for everyone, but since we can't have that at least here is a place where we can share and read experiences of others.
Hi and welcome...
Hope UR both doing well. This cold weather can dry out skin and cause a flare. I'm in the US . Even the icy cold weather cracks my skin. So I moisturize heavily every nite at bed time and also luv using a oil lavender wax moisturizer hand & foot spa once a week. Really softens skin. Right now I am in remission.
I have plaque, palmoplantar and feet, and inverse. Also have it in my left eye. The outer layer of our eyes are considered skin, & suspetable to psoriasis. Also have psoriatic arthritis.
Everyone has there own success and experience with psoriasis. My technique is occlusion on skin.
I have had Plaque since a small child & rotating meds has helped my psoriasis.
In the past 5 years new medications have been on the market. Some help as the body become immune to the meds.
Lots of good support here. Always someone here to chat with.
