Welcome to Psoriasisclub. That at first.
Out of your description it seems that you are suffering from psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis at the same time, which is a situation that happens more. But I am not a doctor so I cannot make a diagnoses of course.
They can be treated but basically you need a doctor to help you with that.
But I read also that apparently you cannot afford that.
What I would suggest, as the psoriasis is obvious, is to start a systemic medication with DMF. And than start to use that in the way Bill does this. He makes his own medication.
At least than you have a chance that it may get better.
