Update: Went for my annual check up with my dermatologist today and she was very pleased with the way it's going, she couldn't find any psoriasis and was very impressed about the psoriatic arthritis. (Though she did find something else not dermatology related she would like me to get looked at, I'll post more in the members only boards)

I told her I had moved to one shot 160mg every 4 weeks rather than the normal dose of 320mg every 8 weeks as the psoriatic arthritis started coming back a little before the 8 weeks were up, she agreed it was a good move on my part.

So I will continue for another year 1 shot 160mg every 4 weeks and call if I have any problems.

Psoriasis Score: Zero

Psoriatic Arthritis Score: 1

No side effects to report.
