It's nice to see my skin improving I can look in the mirror without rolling my eyes
I'm working on my knee just need to get working in the exercise front again keep it moving I just got lazy again lol

Oh lucky mustn't get lazy again or you will end up like me.
I'm so pleased you can start looking in mirrors and not feeling sad lets hope it's the start of something good,
