Just took my maintenance dose using the pen type injections as the young guy training in the pharmacy had ordered the wrong ones, I prefer the syringe but decided to take them so as not to get him into trouble.
Out of the fridge for almost 1 hour but it was like holding a wasp and letting it sting me, both shots were the same and they also left some blood (hardly ever get that with the syringe and they never sting) I won't be using them again in a hurry 
Psoriasis score is still zero.
Psoriatic arthritis score is still 1, but I have noticed it's a little bit worse on the last week. I did think of trying one shot every 4 weeks instead of two every 8 weeks, but decided to stay on the dermatologist recommendation but may ask about it next year.
No side effects.
