ankles aren't better but I don't know what's wrong with them for certain either. 

Then go and get them checked out 

I have! I was told I have psoriatic arthritis.

Then when left ankle started up I went to ortho and he did an xray and he said it's from possibly an old injury and also arthritis.

So... I guess I know what's wrong so I should say I don't know what to do to help them feel better at this point nor does it seem the doctors do either. I just don't know if they're correct as it doesn't seem like my one ankle should be hurting the way it does. I guess the body is just wearing out.
