Don't be too nervous about it, it's painless and once you get used to it very simple to do yourself. I put a few tips here Biological Treatments For Psoriasis on using the bio's that may help.
They will make sure you are happy so just chill out relax and come back and tell everyone here how easy it was.
Oh and yes the Bio treatments are very expensive, some don't like the high cost but for me I think if it's available to you under your health system then take it. Bio treatments have given me my life back, and I think you will say the same.
Tip: I don't know if they suggested it, but I have found taking it out of the fridge 10 minutes before using takes a little bit of the very very slight sting away. And it is a very slight sting, nothing like a wasp.
