It comes in a Styrofoam container with a few freezer packs and has always stayed cool, even the one time when it was a day late because it was held up somewhere along the way.
Over the years, I sometimes had to be home to sign for it and sometimes haven't based on either insurance or pharmacy policy. If you don't have trouble with package theft where you live, maybe you can persuade them to let you receive it without signature and free up your time.
If your Skyrizi comes with similar packaging, you may find someone who could use the Styrofoam cooler (a fisherman? picnicker? traveler?) and freezer packs. You won't have to buy freezer packs ever again.
I'm hoping this new med helps you quickly and that you enjoy clear skin and healthy body.
I was on Cosentyx for awhile and got the freezer packs but they didn't have an indicator with them. I still have them as you're right, they start to accumulate! According to the person I spoke with I will get 2 pens the first shipment (starter doses one week apart I think? web site says 3 so we'll see) and ... I think she said 6 for the next shipment which will be good for awhile as after the starter doses I'll only inject every 8 weeks. I don't mind signing for them, as long as they schedule it so I know to be home. It gives me an excuse to stay home all day.
