Yes I think all types of stress can make it flare, luckily with Bimzelx I rarely get flares now.

Try and relax and enjoy your time with the family, maybe get the kids to help out with things like getting the table ready etc.

Just chill out and enjoy.

How long have you been on Humira now ?
