Well that is quite something that you tell us right now yet.
Fred has already given a good reply to you, is it hard to add to that even more.
So the only thing remains is a Welcome to the Forum. And to assure you that there are people around on this forum that will listen to you. Advise is difficult, psoriasis is a nasty disease.
As mentioned by Fred the Off-Topic part of the forum is quite important, it allows you to sometime have a smile and let the stress flow away.
Don't let yourself be fooled by the remark on sensibility, you'll find obscure characteristics of the forum visitors in that section
