You make quite an entrance in the forum with your personal story on how you cope with psoriasis, I've already passed on your post to Elvi, for whom your information can be valuable.
So that is a more than welcome with so much information on one go.
As Jim said, this is a fellow psoriasis site. We all have the same and share our experiences, have discussion, give advice and warnings.
When we are done with the serious stuff, we go to the off-topic section, for a drink or a chat.
We are from all over the world, that makes it very nice.
