I work for the Government of Canada....over 300 000 employees. More specifically for the department of Public Services and Procurement Canada....transferred to that department at the beginning of 2019.
One of the mandates of the department is the administration of pay. Therefore, responsible for the pay system.
Unfortunately, big wigs made an extremely bad decision back in 2016 to go live with a new system which is crap!!! The biggest failure in system implementation of this type in Canada . Ohhhh...I could go on and on and on
Just look up Phoenix Pay System
My expertise is pay and benefits policy...now I work behind the scenes with IBM on the system ....very different and difficult since I am not a techie....
I love Dave's idea soooooo since we are not allowed to work remotely from another country..... I shall pack my bags and visit Fred...no worries....I don't own a copyu thong
