I haven't noticed any difference in skin, but I notice a BIG difference in my joints after they are stretched. Although exercise might not really be the correct word probably just usage. For me when the joints are warmed up after stretching or walking they become less painful but do go back to being tight again when not used. So that's why I think exercise can help. Zero help with skin however, also I can't think of any reason how exercising could help with the skin other than general overall health. Sweating is good for the skin so it could be more helpful than one might think I guess.
