I have chosen for “no difference” but I wanted to choose for both positive and negative effects, which finally results in no difference.
I do cycle a lot, and have found that moving and any exercise has its advantages, my joints get more smoothly and often pain disappears. But on the other side, if I am busy in the garden of my friends, then sometimes I do too much and the effect of that is again that by the end of the day my joints do hurt more then normal.
The advantage of cycling, and living in the Netherlands with a lot of cycling paths, is that it is not a very heavy exercise in the sense of pressure on your joints, but it is mostly a muscle thing.
Exercise does not have any effect on my skin.
