Well, ladies and gents, I have surpassed my first mile stone. I have lost 40.4 lbs. My ultimate goal is to hit the 140 lb. weight loss goal and I am seeing that it is possible. Feel free to cheer and go wild! Sadly, I am not seeing a decrease in pain in regards to my arthritis. Ah well. I guess I should be happy with what I have accomplished in other areas.
If I could ask, could people reply with foods they eat that inflame their arthritis. As I mentioned in my other post, on my other thread, I have discovered that my fave veggie and quite possibly my fave meat, bacon, are very inflammatory for arthritis and PSa. What are your food triggers or inflamers?
