It's wonderful that you are seeing improvement right away. The reversed leopard spots sound cool. Really. Like Super Hero cool. 
On the auto-injector vs. pre-filled syringe, with the syringe, you control the speed at which the medicine goes in. Sometimes injecting slowly is less painful. But this new med isn't hurting as much as the Humira did. That's great! And it works! Even greater!
There are some tips about unrefined, virgin coconut oil in this forum. It's good stuff!
