I guess I am one of the lucky ones. My vitamin D is just slightly low. With the addition of fish 3 times a week and stepping out into the sun, sitting in a sun filled room all day at work has boosted my levels to a more appropriate level. My Doctor told me that if I took the Vitamin D supplement, I would likely develop kidney stones, as this has been an issue in my life. I only mention this because it hadn't been mentioned in previous threads that I saw.
