Hi Forest Walker,
I was almost completely clear after a year. (!) But besides a full time job, me and the hubby are building our own house from scratch and living in a mobile home with a teeny tiny kitchen has led me to slip up the diet, just to be able to cope after a long day. Everyone to tired to cook, running to the snackbar... And lo and behold; it came back a bit. Now in the process of eliminating the few things I've added back to my diet; oatmeal, rice, potatos and some nuts and seeds. Already the skin is not so... agressive anymore.
Realisticly I have to 'cheat' sometimes now because of long building hours but I know it works! Before the end of the year I will have an oven again and a working kitchen (ish) =]
I hope this helps you if you're interested in the AIP diet, let me know if you have questions.
