Go for the worse areas. But I would recommend doing a test patch first then you will be able to judge if you can use a bit more. *You don't need a lot of it as it goes a long way.

Coconut oil twice a day and loose fitting underwear would be my suggestion. Having said that I have used Diprosone lightly for under the arms and the genital area for a few days to get on top of it, but you need to be very careful anywhere the skin is thin.
If you have a bath Wheat Starch is good, if you don't have a bath you will have to dangle your bits in a bucket.
