How embarrassing do you find psoriasis

It's the same for me.  I used to try and hide it, not wearing skirts, dresses or shorts but at a certain time in my increased wiseness, I told myself the hell with it!

Some looked. Some asked questions which I was happy to answer.  Some asked advice as they also had psoriasis or had a close one suffering with psoriasis.

My psoriasis is now back and keeps growing....still wearing dresses, skirts and shorts.  Going to public beaches for a swim 

I have a tiny spot on my face which is barely noticeable and I hope it goes away.  Not sure how I would react if it expands or I get more on my face
