That being said, some employers are better than others like everywhere else.
I have been asked at work and educated people but was never ever singled out. All were very understanding.
Even my staff were watching out for me and telling me to stop scratching (unconscious habit)
In addition to educating people, you should definitely go to your supervisor or higher to discuss this Wintrman. This is not acceptable
