Indeed good strategy that KatT suggests. I do doubt that the one that does not react, now suddenly will react, and if… what kind of person this is. I just mean, bluntly no reaction on two referrals doesn’t make me feel confident.

I agree. Why should this be any different? I am just thinking that because the referral is coming from his intern, then perhaps we will get a little more action here. I hope that is what gets this guy to move on this issue. 

While thinking about this intern, I kinda have mixed feelings about her. I mean, I have had such amazing reactions with female health care workers and doctors in particular. I feel bad that we had to knock heads over this and maybe because I am older, I might have bullied her? She seems like such a nice young lady. That's it for now.
