I have used MTX and it did work for me ,not completely and it did have side effects but at the time, before biological drugs,it was a good compromise. By the way Enstilar is a good one for the ears.
It's very good, comes pressurised in a can and is like ice when it comes out. I use it on my ears as it's the only place that the Stelara hasn't worked fully. Psoriasis is a dam nuisance ,had it from around 30 and now I am 73 and thank goodness for the Stelara I am clear. I just hope that it continues because it's about seven years since I started on it and Fred only lasted about five years ish before it stopped working.
He dosent want to use a steroid Dave, see my post above.
I wouldn't use it on large areas Fred only in small amounts on the ears.
