My PASI has been stable since I changed the dosage, but my arthritis has improved, so I think that the disease is still declining. I tested this by taking about 200g of skim milk powder in under 24 hours. The last time I did this my disease was active and I got a painful and restrictive polyarthropathy. This time I only have a bit of spinal stiffness. I will get a blood test soon. I have a suspicion that the white cell suppression is less with less frequent dosing, so it would be nice to confirm this.
The weather here has been very pleasant and sunny. Winters in Brisbane are generally much better than summers, apart from being too cold for swimming.
