Just a FYI- my psoriasis exploded while infected. My skin erupted with scales in places I've never had any issues. Skin has calmed down and back to "normal".
Another side effect, my arthritis has improved, now taking 2/3 my normal pain meds.
COVID is a strange disease, and very transmissible.

As Covid leads to a cytokinestorm, one could conclude that that would have its negative effect on psoriasis, but the strange effect on your Psoriatic Arthritis is in that same way of thinking not explainable.
Or.... one might think that because of the reactions of your body to the Covid, now your immune system has slowed down the (over)production of e.g. IL-17 which is a known sign of Psoriatic Arthritis.
Or.... well maybe other reasons. Everything is connected....
