Not all are "UMAB" But without going too far off topic, my understanding is the following.
They are part of the World Health Organization system which helps recognize drugs, a bit like the Latin name of a plant or animal.
The name is split up in parts which are easily identified.
Type.
Target.
What it's made from.
The drugs unique code.
Not quite ... MAB stands for Monoclonal Anti Body. The biologicals ending with this have all the same type of working.
