to the forum I can't offer any advice as I'm far to old and my family fortunately didn't get the dreaded psoriasis or at least it hasn't presented yet..
It sounds to me as if you have a good approach to the situation and I'm sure your daughter feels better having it out in the open at school
I wish you much luck in the future with the condition, and at least there are many drugs being trialed all the time, and hopefully although one doesn't fit all there will be something in the future that will suit her
Meantime trawl through the treatments described on here and remind her she is not alone
