15th of april 2020 update. Living in a mobile home on the building site as partial lockdown continues in the Netherlands due to Covid-19. Working from home and showering on gasbottles on a measly stream of water. The hair was a mess 
Working onsite after hours so not much time or energy for skin care.
Went home to the city appartment today and noticed after a gooooooood long shower and hairwash...:
my elbows are almost completey clear after this good scrubdown =] So pleased. Keeping up with the AIP Paleo diet strictly except for a few glasses or wine. (cheers Fred!)
Note; I'm getting lots of sun on what I think are exposable bits of skin, the spring so far has been a fantastic improvement on a wet winter. Non exposed bits are also slowly improving, albeit buggerishly slowly.
