Difficult decisions for you, and especially when you have been told you can't go back if the next one doesn't work 

Have you tried antihistamine tablets for the bumps as it might give you some relief ?

No I haven't, but I don't like taking any tablets. It's a long story, but it goes back to my younger days.

I would think stay on Cosentyx as long as possible. I guess if you leave it, you cannot go back to it as your body may have been making anti-bodies for it, which perhaps explains why it isn’t working so good anymore.
MTX is out of the question, I agree, it won’t do a thing for your Psoriatic Arthritis.

The new bio’s remain a gamble. I don’t know the mechanism of our bodies that makes a Bio stop working. It must have something to do with the substance of the bio. They try to make the new bio’s so that it will be adapted as good as possible by the body. And they are succeeding, which is why Cosentyx and Stelara do better then the older Humira, Enbrel, and whatever names they have.
