Hi Fred,
I am thinking along the lines of injections for the thick plaques followed by topical if they settle. For plaques on thin skin I am testing the topical on its own. The hassle has been with the skin irritation caused by the DMSO. I might be able to get around this by having a higher proportion of vitamins in the topical. If the current two parts in seven does something then well and good, else I will try three in seven and hope that it still absorbs.
As much as I would be curious to test it on a substantial plaque, I am grateful that I do not have a substantial plaque to test.
Cheers
